…with scheduling and organization. The most frequent medications used to remedy ADHD are stimulants, but there are many alternative treatments for ADHD. As a child, I used the mainstream medication Ritalin along with weekly visits to a child psychologist. I also tried the alternative method, the Feingold Diet, but showed no signs of improvement. Also, I have had self-confidence problems, as well as somewhat of an inferiority complex, that I believe stems from my ADHD.
