Adolf Hitler's self-appointment as the Fuhrer of Germany on the second of August 1934 signified the end of Weimar Republic and democracy in Germany. The democratic Government was inefficient and ineffective, there was a history of the German people to be governed through monarchical dictatorships, the parties were too small and even the proportional representation all added to create an eventual in-capability of democracy within Germany.
