…not the ignorant, misspoken, ugly, violent people I had envisioned. It took me some time to find the correct word to describe people like Mrs. Washington, David, Cliffe, Anthony, Reverend Overall and that precious little girl Anabelle; human beings that exhibit a greater sense of caring and giving than I could ever hope to know. After much reflection I realized that the only word that could ever really encompass who these people are is beautiful.
