The Comparison of Laertes to Hamlet In Shakespeare's Hamlet, Laertes has a significant resemblance to Hamlet. Hamlet and Laertes biggest similarity is that they both seek revenge for their father's murder. Hamlet and Laertes both have a relationship with Ophelia.
