…be known, but back-masking and subliminal messages are definitely present. In the Brave New World consumerism and advertisement are ever present. In the world today, many of the same ideas are seen and used by companies. Whether it be reference to sex and drugs to lure consumers, or subliminal messages used to unknowingly lure consumers, there are advertisements all around us. Advertising and consumerism will always be a way of life, sometimes too much so.
