…rise above the boundaries of race, sex other simple differences, to rise above the normal and stand up for a belief, a person, a law, a country anything worth anything takes courage to achieve it. Selfless acts that a fireman does take courage because he or she thinks about saving people before he or she thinks about saving his or herself. Courage is simply not overcoming one's fears, but overcoming these fears for a cause.
