…in hospitals, they know and they're doing nothing about it. It's ludicrous! Sure there is the involuntary outpatient treatment, but as we were told, it is seldom invoked due to the rights of the mentally ill. Screw the rights; if a mentally ill person has a history of criminal activity, it should be implemented. There are only three options: hospitalization, outpatient treatment, and jail.
