…as flowers, or showing how one single inanimate object such as a monument statue, can represent the gradual destruction of a person's entire life, is remarkably in-depth, yet surprisingly simple to understand. Since much of it, like the element of water, is used subtlety, it's not jumping out at you, yet is relatively easy to find. All in all, the use of imagery makes the book enjoyable, and it wouldn't be the same without it.
