Did you know each year students spend 5.5 billion dollars on alcohol? That is more than they spend on soft drinks, milk, juice, coffee, tea, and books combined! A lot of these students will get in a car. This often results in drunk driving crashes that kill or injure many people. In fact, eight young people each day die from alcohol related crashes. …innocent victim to, a drunk driving accident. Fortunately, the numbers of drunk driving incidents have gone way down. This is a result of M.D.A.L. (Minimum Drinking Age Laws) and drug awareness. But just because the numbers have gone down, this does not mean we can get careless. I think if there were no such thing as alcohol, this would be a much safer world. You only have one life. USE IT WELL!
