…taken up in the court system by people who are fighting for such reasons. Women will not be able to any longer resort to Roe to try and fight for an embryo. If this was allowed, and the Roe v. Wade case held weight in a case over embryo ownership, men's rights would be violated. This could be devastating for men's rights. Hopefully, in the future America can resolve these issues, before something drastic happens.
