Ethical Dilemma

When I graduated college and began working for a large corporation, I was under the impression that I would be part of a professional environment.Much to my dismay I found that I was wrong when I met one of my coworkers, who did not have a strong work ethic. …them from firing him. Our departmental problem, consequently, has not yet been completely resolved. In the meantime, my team members and I have found a way to work effectively in spite of our non productive coworker. It is comforting to know, however, that this coworker will eventually find a new job (on company time, of course) and someone more capable and a team player will, hopefully,be hired to boost our team's performance and morale.
