…get away with menace. If we let the youth go so easily they will catch on to the idea that it is okay to be violent. I believe I second chances, but I do not believe that a person can murder another person and actually be sorry about it in three years. If it is filled with so much regret to have murdered than what was the reason they did it in the first place?
