…feelings, and regrets start to kick in, and that's when a friend should be there to help. Be a friend and help someone out, or if you need someone, just let them know, because it is not a great feeling to feel like shit, and have everyone think that you are okay. Help someone out when you know they need you, even if you don't know what to say, you being there helps them out.
