…any classmate input. Again, as a controlling student leader, Orme abuses his power and considerers his own aspirations first. As a result of such controlling actions, Orme is not as liked as a student leader, and therefore not as successful. These defining characteristics of a controlling student leader reveal its flaws, as well as magnify the great characteristics of a governing student leader. Therefore, every school not only needs student leaders, but governing student leaders.
