Hanson's first single came out in May of 1997, which was Mmmbop. The song swept over the nation. It quickly rose to number one within weeks. It stayed at number one for 8 weeks. …some new fans. The tour started in July and will be done at the end of October. They then will go and tour all over the rest of the world. They are from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Their parents, Diana and Walker, try to stay out of the spotlight as much as possibly, but are behind them 100 percent. They have 4 other brothers and sisters: Jessica, Avery, Mackenzie, Zoe. They travel all over with Ike, Tay, and Zac.
