…Stanley's ancestor to do. Then Stanley finally found out that Kate Barlow, a famous robber had buried her treasure on the lake.and that is what the warden had looked for the whole time. Stanley was freed and his horrible curse was broken. I liked how the author combined 3 stories in to one by telling about the past and present. Louis Sachar's made the story interesting adding an interesting twist with the curse being broken.
