…hand removed the paper from our control. The harsh quickness of the teachers movements disconcerted the perfect moment in my life. As she opened the note with her liquid movements, she began reading to herself, "You say close your eyes, tell me what you see..." Then I watch as she crumples the note into a ball so dense that love could never escape. With a carefree moment, she drops the small ball into the wastebasket.
