Making different laws for different drugs doesn't get the point across that a person shouldn't use drugs because they can put you in jail and the are detrimental to your health- making different laws for different drugs means if you've got money you can get out of almost any charge you have against you ( as far as dealing with drugs)-and that certainly doesn't match with the principle of all men being created equally.
