Osmosis Investigation

Osmosis Investigation Aim In this investigation I aim to find concentration of a potato cell. I will do this buy putting slices of potato in to different concentrations of sugar seclusions so we may find the concentration that is isotonic with potato cell sap. Temperature might also affect this experiment; I could perform this experiment under different temperatures and see what happens. An obvious way to expand this experiment would be to use a range of different vegetables. When happy with the amount of information I have found on the isotonic point of sugar in vegetables, I could then do the same investigation but with salt.
