…the Security Council, met 4 to 5 times a year .The League of Nations didn't have any army, so it wasn't powerful enough to stop the wars, which were causing by the countries like Italy. In conclusion, the will of The League of Nations was good, but just like most of the wishes, it don't come true. The things against reality are usually going to fail. So I think The League of Nations was doomed to failure.
