Patriot Games, by Tom Clancy, is a thrilling novel, crammed full with action and excitement from beginning to end. (The author uses Italics to show the reader the difference between what the characters are saying and what they are thinking and to emphasise certain words) The short sentences add to the excitement and drama. Overall I found this book very enjoyable indeed and I would recommend this book to any one.
