ESSAY "The test of a courageous person is the ability to bear heart". I interpret this quote to mean, if a person is truly courageous he or she will be able to deal with most emotional problems and not be affected by the outcome. I agree with the statement. …never come home. Through her actions she shows this quote. Not in the same way as Atticus but she shows it by keeping faith. Long ago she probably accepted that they weren't coming back but every day she continues to keep faith that they will. This is how she's courageous. To be courageous you have to be able to accept something or keep faith in something. I feel these stories's exhibited the quote pretty good.
