…if we aren't busy, but the mindset in the MOR is that we are there for their convenience. The lack of reciprocity has also been an issue, but again, we believe in letting sleeping OR staffs lie and try not to call. It appears I'll have to bolster my nay saying skills because I heard a new Director of Surgical Services has been hired and he's looking at ways to make the MOR more efficient.
