Romeo and Juliet is a tragic play that ends in destruction. The play Begins with a feud and ends in death. Many events along the way are involved in the death and destruction. Romeo's death is based on his banishment and Friar John not delivering the message. Finally Juliet's death is based on Tybalt's death and Romeo not getting the message form Friar Laurence. Without these events there couldn't have been a happy ending.
