Tabloid television, being alternative newscasts, reality-TV, or talk shows, display negative views of American life. We are unable to turn on the television and find a decent show that does not contain some form of filth. Despite its harmful effects on today's society, these shows have replaced traditional activities such as baseball and football, to become the favorite pastime of many American citizens.
