Tatyana came into the room very excited. She did not know what to expect, but was very pleased to see me. She talked for a little bit about her chicken pox and what she had done this week. …the words. This student knows a lot about reading and vocabulary. <Tab/>We did not get to the IRI's. I purposefully left these out. I though it would be too much, too soon, for the first lesson. She was very happy with the activities, and seemed a little disappointed when the lesson was over. When I told her that we would do it again next week, she said she couldn't wait.
