The Mississippian Culture.

The Mississippian Culture can be described by many aspects such as religion, political, and social organizations they had to follow, as well as the foods that they ate, and the tools and weapons they used. The Mississippian Culture was divided into three different time periods; the Early Mississippian Culture was from at least 500-1,200 AD. The foods that they ate were divided into agriculture, such as: corn, beans, squash, pumpkins, sunflowers, tobacco. The meats that they ate were: raccoon, turkey, rabbit, beaver, squirrel, turtles and deer. The tools that they used were a flint adze, celt and a chisel. The weapons were spears and bows and arrows (used for fighting, hunting and fishing.)
