The Use of Signs and Symbols in Everyday Life

…a short period of time. It could be a sign of weather or danger or the symbol of someone you know. It doesn't matter who you are or what you are doing on a typical day. You will always come across a vast variety of signs and symbols. To refresh your memory, a sign is something that causes us to act on the thing indicated. A symbol simply makes us think about the indicated thing.
