…reaction increases proportionally (as said above e.g. 1cm3 per 0.1cm3 more catalase used) up to a certain point, after which any further increase in enzyme concentration no longer increases the reaction rate. At this point all active sites of the enzyme are saturated with substrate. The hydrogen peroxide will now be the limiting factor. That means any further increase in the reaction rate will only occur when you increase the concentration of hydrogen peroxide.
