…the heart rate will start to decrease to return to normality as the body is returning to its resting state. In conclusion it would seem that the males have a lower heart rate during every activity. This could be due to the fact that the males in this particular class are physically fitter than the females in this class, or that exercise is not as anxiety provoking to males as it is to the females.
