The federal budget surplus

…and also make tax cuts that are beneficial to all of us who earn an income. I believe that the budget surplus should be invested in a mix of Social Security and Medicare reform, and also a tax reform. This, I believe, will help many people and provide a stable base for the future of the country. Although the surplus will be smaller than expected I think a lot can still be accomplished with it.
