…it becomes too painful or exhausting. Life is precious I agree with that statement, and I believe there is a God. However, in these specific situations, people are only living in constant agony. I am sure that they would rather be put to rest before they are unable to make reasonable decisions, as the illness progresses. Again, this is what I feel is the humane way to treat a person, especially under the dire circumstances.
