Tobacco Industry Lawsuits

A question that has been troubling tobacco companies these days is, "Should Cancer patients be allowed to sue tobacco companies for their disease?" In conclusion, tobacco companies may encourage smokers, but they do not force it upon them. Therefore, they should not be blamed for their advertisements and products. Everyone has their own mind and they are capable of saying "No" and if they do not, then that is their own problem.
