William Blake's "The Lamb" and "The Tyger."

There are many things to compare when it comes to William Blake's "The Lamb" and "The Tyger." "The Lamb" is portrayed with clarity and morality. The two poems both have a concern for the natural world of God itself. Blake seems to have a high regard for the initiator of the Lamb but as one reads in "The Tyger", Blake seems to be perplexed as well as bewildered by the tiger. He does show that …

…seen as a choice. Maybe to go with the Lamb means to choose heaven, and for one to follow the Tiger has chosen the path of Hell. Blake may have been on to the fact that including both of them allows people to develop and grow in life. Blake is also trying to suggest in his poems that a balance is needed and it is supplied by the contradicting features of Lamb and the Tiger.
