…exchange food stamps for cash money for less that the value of the food stamps. the cash money they exchanged is used to buy expensive luxuries, like bland-name clothing and costly shoes. others use this money to buy drugs, beers, and even tobacco products. these people clearly know that exchanging food stamps for money is ganist the law, but they don't care because they did not earn it. all this is unfair to the taxpayer.
