…leader is exactly what Mr. Abrashoff is. He has great customer satisfaction because his crew and the rest of the navy loves him and his techniques. Abrashoff continuously improved his ship by find new, more efficient ways of doing things. His commitment to his crew and his job are unparallel. Finally I don't know if any boss could empower his employees more because he uses the input as a critical part of his ships success.
